Tony was absolutely amazing to work with. We purchased our door from another company and its what’s considered a high security multi point door. After only three years we had a hinge release and had no idea on how to fix it since it was not a standard hinge and the company we purchased it from said they couldn’t help us for at least 6 weeks (I didn’t have a working front door!).
