The first phase of the Master Plan will surround the landmark CF Fairview Mall. The development will feature a mix of residential and amenity uses and include various public and private streets and open spaces.

CF Fairview Mall is set to undergo a comprehensive renovation in the coming years and a complete rezoning. During the project, the mall will also feature new services and technologies. Some improvements include hands-free entrances, a newly renovated food court, and expanded offices.
